Under the agreements signed at the time that Iain Ferguson stood down as Chief Executive and a director (referred to in the annual report 2010), he will be entitled to receive an amount during the year ending 31 March 2012 relating to PSP shares foregone for the period 1 January 2010 to 31 May 2010, part of which will relate to the year ended 31 March 2011. The final amount will be set out in the annual report 2012. The final amount will depend on the share price on the date of release, likely in June 2011. On the basis of the current share price, the amount would be in the region of £150,000–£160,000.
