Key management is represented by the Group Executive Committee and the Company’s directors. Remuneration details of the Company’s directors are given in the directors’ remuneration report. Members of the Group Executive Committee are given in the Executive Management section.

The aggregate emoluments of directors in respect of qualifying services to the Company were £4 million (2010 – £4 million).
